How can our homes become contemporary temples of personal transformation?
How can they help us reach our highest potential, live more purposeful lives and develop our creativity in a way that can deeply impact the world around us?
For over 17000 years, our ancestors have created monuments and sacred sites in the form of temples, pyramids, stone circles, basilicas, cathedrals (etc) which have shifted the course of mankind. Their impact has been scientifically proven, improving health, emotional issues, as well as allowing people to live fuller lives.
By integrating and adapting these design principles into our contemporary context, we can achieve the same.
In this 90 min talk, interior designer and shaman Marc Peridis will explore the history of “sacred spaces”, an overview of its fundamentals principles and share simple, easy-to-apply ideas to get started.
The talk will end with a guided meditative process allowing participants to connect to their homes in a new way.
There will be space for questions and participants will likely leave the talk inspired to begin making changes to their homes and their lives.
