As I sat to prepare the Mystery School podcast episode for this full moon, these simple words “How are you doing?” came to mind and I think I know why...
As we emerge from this busy and intense holiday period, I have been getting so many emails, text messages and calls from people sharing about feeling massively overwhelmed and out-of-alignment.
Many have even reported relapsing into old addiction patterns they had previously considered resolved.
So if that is you, be aware you are in good company!
The above probably comes down to the fact that the period around the solstice and holidays is the time of the year when our system is looking to dive inwards and resource. Our culture requires us to do the opposite.
The result can be unsettling.
