This is my third (and hopefully last) episode on the coronavirus.
Recording this from my home in Spain, death tolls are soaring as we live under extreme lock down conditions. As death becomes so prominent around us, not only death of people, but of habits, jobs, relationships, etc... this situation has become a potent invitation to look at our relationship to death.
For thousands of years, many traditions, religions and philosophies have considered death to be only part of a process which also includes rebirth.
This episode explores how beneficial it can be to reconnect to philosophies which encompass ideas of rebirth in these times. The place where death and birth meet is also the place where we can connect to our highest and most limitless potential.
From the mystery schools of ancient civilisations to Buddhism, christianity and quantum physics, the idea of death and rebirth has been an essential duality which is intrinsic to all of our beings and to everything in existence.
the place where the two meet is the undifferentiated field, which transcends time and form, which connects us directly to the fields of higher power where we all can connect to our highest and fullest potential.
This episode is 45 minutes including a 17 minute energetic and somatic practice.
