The Coronavirus is fierce and relentless.

We are collectively facing a force which is massively destructive, incredibly complex but also and deeply intelligent.

This is the third time we as a collective face a coronavirus epidemic, with both the SARS epidemic in 2003 and the MERS epidemic in 2012. 
This is by far the most destructive of all and as well as the healing and coping strategies we have in place, we also need to tune into a deeper ability for transformation. 

In shamanism, transformation happens through oneness.

Today's lecture (and the associated practice) discuss how we can benefit by energetically integrating the virus (at a frequency level ) and be one with it energetically.
